Caramelized Pork Bowl (Vietnamese Inspired)

In a skillet on medium high heat, add water and sugar. Mix until dissolved then let it caramelize until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

Add in the ground pork and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add in soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and garlic.

Sauté for 5 minutes on high heat. The fat should render out and caramelize the pork further.
