In a large bowl, mix banana, egg, carrot, and peanut butter.
Fold in oat flour and baking powder.
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and fill each cup with batter to the top. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
In a stand mixer, whisk cream cheese, peanut butter and heavy cream until fluffy. Let the pupcakes completely cool then place the frosting in a piping bag and frost.
Top with dog biscuits.
Notes
Mash the bananas on a cutting board or plate, it's a lot easier than in a bowl!
Make your own oat flour. Place a cup of quick cook oats in a food processor and blend until powdery.
Smooth out the top of the batter to create a rounded shape. Dip your finger in water then press it on the batter before baking.
Skip the cupcake liners. Use cupcake liners if you'd like for decorative purposes but I think these look cute as is! Less work for you to remove the liners.
Top with a favorite treat. It doesn't have to be a biscuit.
Disclaimer: Consult a vet before feeding your dog unfamiliar foods.
Make sure to use natural peanut butter that doesn't contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
