Ingredients
  

  • 2 baguettes 6 inches
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 4 gherkins sliced
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons scallions sliced
  • 4 ounces raclette cheese sliced

Instructions
 

  • Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise and toast.
  • Layer on prosciutto, gherkins, dijon mustard, and scallions.
  • In a small skillet on medium low heat, melt the raclette cheese. Stir occasionally to melt evenly.
  • Pour the raclette cheese onto the sandwich and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Fresh baguette is a must. Use the baguette the same day or the next day since they get stale quickly.
  • If your baguette is stale, run it under tap water for a few seconds and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
