Ingredients
  

  • 4 croissants

Chicken Salad

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts shredded or chopped
  • ¼ cup red seedless grapes sliced
  • ¼ cup apples finely diced
  • ¼ cup pecans chopped
  • 2 tablespoon celery finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon red onion finely diced
  • 2 tablespoon basil chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all chicken salad ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours or overnight.
  • Spoon over croissants. Add desired sandwich toppings like lettuce and tomatoes.
