    Buffalo chicken pasta is an easy weeknight meal! Creamy, spicy, and slightly tangy sauce tossed in chicken and pasta- it's comfort food at its finest.

    Buffalo Chicken Pasta Ingredients

    This is a delicious and easy meal that just might become a family favorite! Use leftover cooked chicken or a rotisserie chicken and use any pasta shape you'd like.

    If you don't like bleu cheese, substitute with mozzarella or more cheddar cheese.

    Instructions

    1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the pasta until 2 minutes shy of al dente.
    1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, and bleu cheese.

    1. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes and garnish with scallions.

    • 8 oz penne pasta
    • 2-3 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
    • 8 oz cream cheese softened
    • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
    • 1/2 cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
    • 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbled
    • 1/2 cup cheddar shredded
    • 1 tbsp scallions thinly sliced

    Instructions
