Garlicky, cheesy, and spicy buffalo wings. A finger licking appetizer perfect for gatherings or game day.

    The Inspiration

I first discovered parmesan buffalo chicken wings at Sam's Pizza near Lancaster, PA. The umami flavors of the parmesan paired really well with the spicy buffalo sauce, I was dipping my pizza in the sauce!

    Why You'll Love this Recipe

    • It's savory and spicy, but not too spicy.
    • It's make ahead friendly. Reheat in the fryer, oven, or air fryer then toss them in the sauce.

    Ingredients

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Chicken Wings

    1. Coat the chicken wings with flour, corn starch, salt, and pepper.

    1. Fry the chicken wings.
    1. Make the garlic parmesan buffalo sauce.

    1. Toss, toss, toss!

    Tasty Tips

    • Drain the chicken wings on a wire rack. This allows for air flow and excess oil to drip through so the wings stay crispy.
    • Work in batches. When you add wings to the pan, it brings down the temperature of the oil. Don't overcrowd the pan and work in batches.
    • Double fry to make the wings extra crispy! Fry the wings at 350°F for 3 minutes on each side. Let it cool for 15 minutes then fry at 400°F for 3-5 minutes on each side.
    • Adjust the hot sauce to your taste!
